Ordering Information

You must have an ABN (Australian Business Number) to be able to order from this website.

Account holders must pay for their orders 30 days from date of invoice. Other customers may be required to make payment in the form of credit card prior to delivery of goods, for more information regarding upfront payments please contact our Customer Service on (02) 9723 9582.


Delivery Time for non 'Made-To Order' items.

Just Add Kids aims to have your order delivered as soon as possible, please allow up to 5 days for delivery for Metro and 10 days for non- Metro between 9am - 5pm. This accounts for despatch from our warehouse and delivery from our carriers. For orders that have a specific time frame or request a notification when good are dispatched, please indicate so in 'Delivery Instructions' during checkout. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. Hence, any fees incurred for re-deliveries will be passed onto you if no special requests was indicated during your order or prior to dispatch.


International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand. When placing order, please do not pay for the invoice as a confirmation of your order will be sent with the freight charge. All duties, taxes and any other clearance costs will be payable by customers.

Please enquire with us if you interested in our products and wish to have it delivered to another country.


Ordering From Website

Customers must register for a login to purchase from this website. To register please click on the Register menu option on the upper right corner and follow the prompts. To ensure the safety of our customers’ information, we will verify your details and activate your login. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your personal information. Once activated, your login details will be sent to the email address specified upon registration.

For customers who have previously ordered goods from Just Add Kids Pty Ltd, please have your customer account number handy when registering for an online login. This will help us verify and link your account correctly.


I can’t find / I don’t have a customer account number. What do I do?

Your customer account number appears on your previous invoices. If however, you do not have your customer account number handy, or if you do not have an account with Just Add Kids, you can still register for an online login, by leaving the 'Customer Account Number' field blank and completing all other contact details accurately.


When Paying By Credit Card

If paying by a credit card, your card will be charged when your order is invoiced, this occurs right before your order leaves our warehouse. We will contact you by phone or email to complete your order in the event your ordered items are unavailable or out of stock.


Back Orders

Business customers with accounts only may order items for backorder. Please contact Just Add Kids on 1800 060 775 if you wish to apply for an account with Just Add Kids or register online.

In the event of a back order, your invoice will indicate that an item is out of stock and it will be sent to you freight free when it returns to stock with Just Add Kids. Please be aware that some out of stock items will not be put on backorder due to discontinuation.

Just Add Kids reserves the right to cancel all back orders.

Prices/ GST

Prices are current at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. All prices in this website exclude GST. If your business is registered for GST, the GST amount on your invoice can be claimed with your BAS (Business Activity Statement). All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and excludes GST. 

Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered products to you. 

Freight (for small items)

$101 to $199.99 - $24.50

$200 to $499.99 - $36.00

$500 to $999.99 - $48.50

$1,000 and up - % of total invoice

* Additional freight charges may apply depending on overall size, weight and destination of order. While Just Add Kids aims to have your order delivered as soon as possible, please allow up to 5 days for delivery to metro areas and 10 days to non-metro. Delivery can take up to 14 days during busy periods. This accounts for despatch from our warehouse and delivery from our carriers.


Using Coupons and Discount Vouchers

All discount vouchers and coupons are exclusive of any freight charges that may apply to your order. Please also ensure the value of your discount voucher is used in one transaction as cash cannot be redeemed for remaining credit.


Damage/ Returns

Please inspect all goods upon delivery for possible damage during transit.

Just Add Kids Pty Ltd aims to provide high quality merchandise at all times. However, if an item is faulty or damaged, please notify customer service within 7 days or receiving your goods.
All returns must be authorised by Just Add Kids, who will advise the best method of return and freight liability.
Any goods returned without authorisation will not be credited and may incur additional freight charges.
All returns must be accompanied by invoice details and your authorisation number. For all Credits and Returns please call (02) 9723 9582.
Goods that are 'Made to Order' will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the total invoice (not inclusive of freight and GST).


Product Changes/ Out Of Stock

As products are subject to design/colour changes at any time, Just Add Kids Pty Ltd reserves the right to supply the current available item.
Occasionally some individual items in a Set will be out of stock. We may substitute appropriate items within reason to complete your order.



Just Add kids may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur. 
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
