Placing an Order:
Just
Add Kids have tried to make ordering as stress free as possible.
The easiest and most efficient way is via our secure online
shopping cart. Simply add to cart your required items
and then proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to enter
your details and preferred payment method.
Don't
be concerned if you are not comfortable with purchasing via our
secure online shopping cart. You can always email your order through
to celebrate@justaddkids.com.au
and we will forward our bank account details for you to make
payment.
You will receive an email confirming your order, delivery details
and payment method.
Pricing:
All
prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Prices
are subject to change – this may be due to increase in supplier's
prices, which are out of our control.
Payment
Methods:
Secure
online credit card payment via Paymate. Paymate accepts Visa and
Mastercard. When you choose the credit card option you will be directed
to the Paymate website in order to make your payment, and you will
be returned to Just Add Kids website once your payment process has
been successful. Please note: Your payment may take up to 48 hours
to clear and orders will be dispatched within 2 days of receipt
of payment.
Direct
Deposit – we will provide all necessary details in a return email
upon receipt of order. Please note: Your payment will take up to
48 hours to clear and orders will be dispatched within 2 days of
receipt of payment.
Please
note: ownership of Party in a Box items transfers to you upon delivery
of parcel.
Shipping
and Delivery:
Just
Add Kids use Australia Post to deliver Party in a Box items. All
deliveries are sent via Registered Post (including insurance) and
will require a signature upon receipt. Should you not be home at
time of delivery, a card will be left behind informing you that
your parcel has been taken to your nearest post office and is either
awaiting delivery or your collection.
Standard delivery to anywhere in Australia is FREE and delivery
time is 5 – 7 working days (from date payment has cleared).
Express Post delivery is optional and extra postal charges will
automatically be calculated if you choose this option on the Delivery
page during the checkout process. Express Post delivery time is
within 2 working days (from date payment has cleared)
If your order is not received within the time specified above, please
contact Just Add Kids and we will contact Australia Post in order
to investigate the location of your order. Just Add Kids will replace
We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged Party
in a Box items delivered via Australia Post or any other courier
service.
Just Add Kids always endeavour to dispatch and deliver promptly
however; there may be times where delays occur due to circumstances
beyond our control.
Just Add Kids can deliver Party in a Box outside of Australia –
for all international enquiries please contact us for more details.
Out
of Stock:
In
the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or sold out,
Just Add Kids will contact you immediately with estimated delivery
time, and ask you to make a decision to either a) hold the order
and deliver when all items are in stock or b) cancel the order and
receive a refund.
Just Add
Kids are committed to providing superior quality party supplies
for each Party in a Box. At times some items may need to be substituted
however; the standard of quality will always remain superior.
Claims
and Returns:
All
items leave Just Add Kids in perfect condition and all orders are
checked prior to dispatch.
We do
not refund for change of mind, only in the event that you didn't
receive what you ordered or the goods are faulty.
All claims
of damage, fault or packing error must be reported to Just Add Kids
within 24 hours of receiving your Party in a Box delivery.
Items
will only be refunded if returned unopened in the original packaging
and unused. Just Add Kids will cover additional delivery charges
for return of faulty or packing error goods. A refund will be processed
upon the return of your Party in a Box items.
In the
case that a refund is required, Just Add Kids will provide two options
1) deposit the refund amount directly into your nominated bank account
or 2) mail a cheque. Please note: we are unable to provide a refund
back onto your credit card.
Items
damaged during transit are the responsibility of Australia Post
however; Just Add Kids will endeavour to assist you in filing a
claim if required.
In the
event of damage during transit, please hang on to your delivered
boxes as they may be required for inspection by they carrier.
Customer
Service Hours:
Just
Add Kids office hours are Monday – Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm. If we
are out of the office you will be directed to our message bank,
please leave your name, phone number and reason for call and we
will return your call within 24 hours.
Security
and Privacy:
Just
Add Kids respects your privacy and for this reason we have limited
the information required to order a Party in a Box. We will only
use your personal details to process and deliver orders, keep you
up to date with Just Add Kids news and events, as well as any important
changes to our website or services that may be of interest to you.
Just Add
Kids will not sell or forward to any third party any of your personal
details entered during the online Shopping Cart process.
Just Add
Kids ensure your details and orders are transmitted safely via our
secure server. Party in a Box Shopping Cart is fitted
with 128 bit SSL security. Just Add Kids will not be liable for
any real or intangible damages resulting from the use of this website.
